This may be a mash up of songs, possibly the first one that begins and ends the track could be a song from the 70s'. The second could be a track produced with Will.i.am. The third could be the song that Michael was going to do with Lady Gaga. They were probably all mashed together for part of a show during This Is It. Involving dance breaks and soft singing and stuff like that. It would really get the audience going so it's probably what I explained above. Thank you!
