Greece doesn't really have such a problem, they have all that tourism income and they are not quite a true Balkan country. I would put Greece somewhere right below Poland in the balkanometer. Sooner or later they will stand on their feet. Same about Portugal and Ireland - all really nice countries indeed. What I am worried about is my own country - Bulgaria, we don't have a fiscal crisis because we don't have a budget. We are not in debt because no one would give us money in the first place...
