  • @Coliekokker wushu is not chinese for kungfubut rather a general term meaning martial or military arts. I t is not limited to one style or discipline but meaning to any and all forms of martial arts as a general term. The discipline of wushu is indeed a form of kungfu or rather Gungfu as is the many shaolin styles or styles like jeet kune do or tae kwon do or many other forms.
