@andrei98alfa dude dont use KASPERSKY! use AVG INTERNET SECURITY 2011 i have vid on how to get malwarebytes and AVG for free btw i use both ;) avg sorts out virus's and malwarebytes sorts out malware

I installed malwarebytes, and once it started running a quick scan it found out, I had 300 malwares, I agreed to erase and when it asked to restart the computer I agreed, well now windows won't start again, whenever I turn my computer on, it says that windows failed launching because a registry is nonexistent due to a new program. I am screwed now. I tried going to safe mode, but none are working due to malwarebytes erasing my registry! do you know how i can fix that!

@Funkycraze If you can get into safe mode, launch MBAM and use the restore from Quarantine option (click quarantine tab and click the files you want to restore or restore all of them). Then I would recommend posting on the malwarebytes forums.
