@sarah300HD because he was starting to loose hair around 35, 36...and it's not very cool to be bald at that young age, so he had a hair transplant. Well, you can really see the difference. Look for example movie chori chori chupke chupke and partner or baabul, you will really see the difference, in the last two he has a lot more hair :) But, he needed to do it, if he hadn't he would probably start loosing roles because of his hair loss :)
