Its Mods and Rockers all over again when Torbay Mods Scooter Club visit bikers night on Paignton sea front. You see them arrive and pay their entry fee of £1 which goes to charities as the event is organised by BMAD (Bikers Make A Difference). Torbay Mods spot Stan (another club member) and have to leave and go back in again to join him parked further up the sea front! Not quite Quadrophenia but backing music is by the Who!
