  • Story of the snake.

A Ranger finds the snake, plays with the snake, then eats it. Force Recon follows the snake and gets lost. Navy SEAL expends all ammunition, several grenades and calls for naval gunfire in a failed attempt to kill the snake. Snake bites the SEAL then retreats to safety. AF PJ wounds the snake in first encounter then feverishly works to save the snake's life. Army SF makes contact with the snake, builds rapport, wins its heart and mind and trains it to kill other snakes.

  • Im not seancul55

  • @mikeylikesit2675 Army SF training is shorter, not as rounded, with only 60% drop rate, and ridiculously huge. SEALs are only the best of the best. 2000 strong to the Rangers' 5000 and SFs 5000. SEAL training dropout rate is over 90% from enlistment to earning the Trident. Let me leave you with one last story. 50 marines and 3 SEALs ruck to get to the site of OP Redwing. Only three make it the 20+ miles to the FOB as everyone else quits from the heat. Any guess on who made it? Team Guys. HOOYAH!

  • @mikeylikesit2675 Let me finish with a final, "you're full of shit." SEALs run snatch and grabs every day in the Stan. Not trained for it? Motherfucker they LIVE it. All day every day. "SF cats move on to SAD/SOG?" Perhaps you haven't heard, but ST6 is referred to as the CIA's "Praetorian Guard." Look it up. SAD is made up of seasoned DEVGRU (ST6) and Delta operators, stop kidding yourself. SEALs are trained to live out on their own for weeks as well. Stop kidding yourself...

  • @mikeylikesit2675 Now who's "talking out their ass." SF's bread and butter is training locals and leading them in combat. That's what Robin Sage is about. That has nothing to do with OP Redwing as no indiginous friendly forces were involved, just a 4 man sniper team. So please, "Stop talking out your ass." Just admit you're wrong, and say sorry for the SEALs alive and dead that you've disrespected and I'll be happy.

  • @mikeylikesit2675 it has NOTHING to do with OP Redwing. Working with locals and training them is Army SF's job. True. This was not one of those missions. This was a strict observe and shoot on sight mission, unless the snatch could be made. Your ignorance on this topic is astounding. If you wanna be a smart ass, look up Hell Week, combat diving, and MFF jump school, somethingS Army SF doesn't get (MFF is OPTIONAL, along with combat diving, AFTER earning the Green Beret). You're so clueless.
