  • @TheRogueMonk If you really want to know how to do this you need to go to a Dojo and talk to a Aikidoka.(person who practices aikido)

  • JUST CANT cause myu knee is too high my legg comes always in my way

    its so hard for me to roll over my arm .. it seems mor elike i would destroy my arm with my kneee...

    if you have any good videos on how to do this and learn please let me know

    real ukemi good ukemi is hard for everyone

    ukemi IS the standard that you can be better at even when your up there.

    i see rarely people doing ukemi softly and correctly, at that is something else ..

    doing a roll that looks like ukemi is important i cant do that.
