Awesome viddeo explaining the way in which the antibody, HuLuc 63, appears to induce anti-tumor effects by binding to a protein that is only expressed on the surface of myeloma cells. This initiates antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity activity that kills myeloma cells and leaves healthy cells intact.

  • In which journal was reported this work?

Would you please give us the pdf paper where mAb HuLuc were described?

    Thanks

  • @mortuous86 I cannot link the pdf file, if you give me your email, I´ll email it to you.

this was publishes in Blood Journal, hematology library. 112, tome 4. Page 1329.

  • @BiotechnologyChannel Can I used this video for my report?

Do you have any papers of this video? Can I have one?

rockdel101@yahoo.com is my email address. I am a student. Thanks a lot.

  • @rockdel101 I am not a competent authority to allow you the use of this video in a serious report, since i do not own the rights for it.

However, If its as unnofficial report, you can show it to your class/teacher just as any other youtube video used to assist a presentation/report.

If it is for somehting else that you need it, Unluckily I can´t grant you permission for its free use since I do not own it. Sorry.

  • what if they destroy all the myeloma cells and the huluc63 overpopulates the system?what effects would it have on the rest?certainly unbalance on that level would have more than one effect in some way known or yet to be known.wouldnt it??or am i just paraniod? shouldnt the number of huluc63 match the number of myeloma cells to maintain natural balance??what would be the effect of overkill? id love to play with that one in a slide! but, obviously its the cure for the effect, not the cause.HO-HUM!

  • @irishbreakfast Huluc63 is an antibody. Antibodies are proteins, so therefore it´d come to a time in which all of Huluc 63´s die or denaturalize unless the system produces new ones. When your body is invaded by a pathogen different antibodies overpopulate it to neutralize the action of any possible pathogen. Then they are either stored or digested to re-use the proteins.

Trust me, this reasearch on Huluc63 is not a conspiracy :D

Food for thought, during the middle ages the plague was caused by a bacterium called Yersinia Pestis. People back then contributed that to the work of God and thousands of innocent people have died based on primitive accusation. Now, science tells us that it is caused by a bacterium that can be combated with antibiotics. Without science we would get no where!

  • @GodIsTheCure

Hey friend, sorry but I would have to disagree with you! Being a chemist and a microbiologist we are trained to QUESTION everything around us. This is the underlying reason why our scientific knowledge is so enormous and factual. It is based on observations, questions, theory, tests and results, and most importantly interpretation of the data. We aren't trained to slow mankind, only help progress it.

  • This can cause an auto-immune disease in response !

  • @lizichell2 Lack of proof doesn't mean that god doesn't exist. If you say god doesn't exist, then prove it. If god exists, then religious people should prove it. Anyway, I don't like religion because it is used to control people and their thoughts. Not to mention the horrible things that were done in its name.

  • @BiotechnologyChannel My answer to the first question is that the huluc 63 will continue to degrade other normal cells of the body since we are told huluc63 receptors are found on normal body cells although in limited numbers. Also, too much of huluc63 in the body could have some toxic effect yet to be known. Removal of the huluc 63 from the body could also be a problem; no?

  • Why is it so for so many scientists and doctors to do the right thing and look after people first. Is money and self gratification so important that people have to die for it. Is the lie that important that you kill people for it. The isn't the illness it's the fact that some people can make big money from keeping people sick.when it is so easy to be healed.the cancer we are dealing with here is not in people, it is in our society. A murderer is put in jail or executed but a cancer doctor can

  • Cancer is know more than a fungus. And just like a fungus all it takes to get rid of it is to change its living environment from acid to alkaline. So what is all the who ha ha about cancer done for after all the AMA and many doctors have known this since 1925. You would think that the health of people would come first.
