i have tht same guitar but i had mine redone cuz i hated the tone so i had two seymour duncan JB set pickups in, a floyd rose original trem system, one tone knob, 1 volume knob, one push-pull volume knob, a 3 way switch, and locking tuners and mine sounds soo much better now

hey dude i have a question. im buying this guitar next week but i only have like regular guitar stands. will it sit on the stands i have or do i need some special one?

Well maybe it's your amp. I use a Roland and it bleeds the gorified sound straight outta that motherfucker. Plus, you might not be liking the guitar because you seem to like metalcore type of stuff more overall. But if you really want, good pickups are DiMarzios and EMGs. I've heard EMG81 sounds insanely amazing with this guitar.

It's a single stock pickup ran through a Line 6 Spider 3 30 watt amp.

That guitar is fucken awesome man, I bought one, extremely badass, the only thing that pisses me off about it is that the back of the neck doesn't have an onyx finish and the fretboard isn't ebony. Is it possible to get the back of the neck and fingerboard painted and polished? I seriously fuckin want a black neck.

Aww fuck it. If I'm not able to get the neck painted and polished black, then I'll fuckin do it myself. Maybe not the back of the neck, but I have to blacken that goddamn fretboard and darken those beveled edges.

Well my amp is good, a Line 6 Spider 3 30 watt. But I got some cheap 10 dollar cord so maybe if i get a better one...
