I swear to god this isn't where it was the last two times I found it. It's so weird, I was certain it was sort of north/northwest of that island. I swam around for like 2 hours before I was just like, "screw it, i'll just google it". i thought i was going insane.

@jet769 it might have something to do with level? i know of a fort next to anvil that has high ranking armor, but the rank of the armor depends on lvl

i found this today by complete fluke bcause im an argonian and i was thinkin, man i wonder if a dev put an easter egg off this coast behind anvil in the middle of butfuck nowwheres and sure enough like 10 seconds later i found it the helm and so now i have a light armour helm and im only lvl 2 :D
