The true origins of the "Haram esh-Sharif" or "Western Wall" based on historical accounts.

Unlike the ranting claims of my usual detractor(s) about me, I don't find it prudent to come to any point of view or conclusion about any historical subject based on the writings of one source... or the opinions of one person or group of people. I prefer many angles as the truth is usually found somewhere in the middle of either extremely contradicting views or even mildly differing ones when dealing with history... and as such I read quite a bit and consider MANY sources and opinions. As to the bottom line in this video and my stance on what the wall is or is not...

This person has obviously never been to the wall or the temple mount....

No one ever said that the wall was part of the temple but was the temple's retaining wall..

No Jew claims that the wall itself was holy but what stood above it was.

yawn... right... this is why they stick prayers in it. To pray TOWARD the Temple is to simply pray IN THE DIRECTION OF the Temple. All the rest is simply idolatry.

Ive walked past the western wall many times and i have no doubt that the wall is just a waste of time and has become an idol to be worshipped.

So? Which is more valuable the Wall the kneel to or the God they worship?

I'm open to any idea, on the basis of evidence. I've seen many reconstructions and maps of the ancient temple, and none of them match your's or include a Roman camp in the middle of the Jewish capital. Without evidence for this, your theory has no foundation. Please, what is your evidence of the existence of this camp (a good link or book reference should do). I'm very interested.
