If there's one thing that every gearhead needs, it's a trailer so you can drag more junk home! The problem is, most of us don't really put much thought into the set up of a trailer, and that can add up to some serious problems when you go to retrieve your prize. Today on GEARZ, Stacey walks you thru how to set up a simple trailer, so you'll be ready to pull a rusted hulk out of a field, or pull a restoration from coast to coast. Compressed air, Winch, and auxiliary electric power are all things that you CAN take with you if you take the time to plan ahead and select the right equipment so it all works together. If you like to hunt for those forgotten treasures, a trailer is one tool you've got to have!

  • Im seein quite alot of bitchin from supposed grown folk here. These shows are all about promotion like it or not. Its how they make money to stay on the air. Dont like it...dont watch it. You also dont have to be a "millionaire" to afford this stuff, just frugal enought to save your bucks for it.Also you DONT have to spend that kind coin to get the job done....if your smart enough that is.

  • can i borrow that trailer.......lol

  • Hey Rookie Boy! Just watched your trailer mod show, it's on again. Ya know Roie boy, you can charge the yeller top of the truck, just like an RV charges batteries. All it takes is a fuse in the fuse box on the truck and some simple wireing to charcge the battery. And as far as that simple solar power to charge that yeller top, IT'S NOT THE PROPER SIZE!!! A true deep cell needs a 10 amp charge to it, yes TEN, not 1.5 like that little trickle charger poots out. Rookie Boy.

  • @smoothie6ft3 Shoot you dont even need that. I built a trailer out of a old double axle camper trailer added a leaf got flooring for semi trailers, built my ramps had a old set of mag wheels polished em up an promptly sold it for 3 grand You can get burned out trailers all day.Its easy and affordable .Also you do need to put better support in it

  • @elixeroflife

That's what commercial breaks are for...

  • make an offroad camper trailer for sgt rock.

  • @mta415 I agree. I have a old trailer with a a wood deck. I mainly take the Ideas from this and make my own. Like using a side box off a truck welded to the front of the trailer.

  • what a bunch of whiners. no matter what someone makes somebody just gotta bitch. don't like it don't watch it. I gotta better idea, you make a show with no advertisement or endorsement dollars, have it produced and put it up on a free site for the world to see. Whiners are still gonna whine AND you'll be broke by the 3rd episode. Give Stacey a friggin' break! And just because you may not be able to "afford" some of this stuff don't mean it shouldn't be showcased. Good show Stacey!!!

  • Nice, thank you for featuring the video in HD! Makes for an even more enjoyabe viewing experience.

Those are some nice things that you are installing on that trailer! I really like the Warn winch/air compressor unit. That is really cool.

Keep posting the episodes, they are great!
