How to make my famous Pumpkin Cheesecake! Happy Thanksgiving!

Hey everyone, if your looking for a quick Thanksgiving treat, Than you should try my famous pumpkin cheesecake! Enjoy! xx Happy Thanksgiving!

You'll need:
(Filling)
2 packages(8 ounce) cream cheese
1 cup of sugar
1 can(15 ounces) pumpkin
1-1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 teasoon of nutmeg
2 eggs

Topping-
2 cups or 16 ounces of sour cream
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Preheat oven for 350 degrees. Beat cream cheese and sugar into large mixing bowl. Beat in Pumpkin and spices. Add eggs one by one beating well after each. Pour into crust and place on a baking sheet. Cook for 50 mins. Meanwhile, for topping, combine sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Spread over filling ; cook 5 mins more. Cool on rack and chill overnight.
Serves about 8-10

hey michelle walmart has those electronic hand mixer for about $10. They're soooo inexpensive and get the job done way easier and quicker....
