Brian Osburn takes you on a high-definition journey to just such a place in this episode of American Rockhound. Round Mountain Rockhound Area is located in the southeastern Arizona desert. He's looking for spectacular fire agates, but he also finds something else...something dangerous! Join him in his quest to find the perfect four-color fire agate and stay tuned for future episodes. i liked youre show very nice!

  • I've always wanted to hunt fire agates.. Maybe someday..

  • the rattlesnakes in the round mountain area are active all year. It only take a bright sunny day to bring them out. It doesn'y even need to be warm. The rattlesnake in this video was a mojave, the most dangerous of the areas rattlesnakes. Brian is right about not killing them, more people are bitten trying to kill them than just leaving them alone

  • Excellent video. Keep "em coming. Thanks !

  • Thanks for making these videos man. I was heading to round mountain (about an hour 1/2 from my house) tomorrow, and I found this after googling for the place. I'm even more excited than I was before.

  • thanks!!!

  • This is really well put together. You have great info, great finds, some trivia, and fun mixed in - keep at it!

  • Cool Show! I love Rockhoundin"

  • Great content, but what amazes me with this video is the musical work that went into it. The opening section, with the clouds at sunrise/sunset, together with the music, is surprisingly stunning--surprising because you don't seem to see such professional presentation on youtube. Anyway, great show. I'm hooked.
