I pay more because I like good quality and great color pay off. Elf is great but it will never be like a high end product.

@shanonfreek YEA GIRLY, I'M ALWAYS AT MY LOCAL TARGET FOR ELF PRODUCTS! DOLLAR TREE, BIG LOTS AND A FEW OTHER PLACES TOO. WITH THAT BEING SAID THOUGH NEITHER STORE SELF HALF OF WHAT I ACTUALLY GO FOR. ALMOST EVERYTHING IS ON THE SITE SO I STILL END UP HAVING TO GO THRU THEM. IT'S COOL THOUGH. I JUST HATE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

@TheKandyShoppe I'm so sorry that you had a bad experience. In most Kmart stores they're bringing in Studio lines. So, maybe at a Kmart or Target you can find some items without having to deal with the online purchases. If you don't live near those places, I'm sorry again. :(

@shanonfreek yea some of them are nice and when I have a problem with like broken products they do fix it but lately the girls have been very ride. Of course it's not everyone of them but the ones that are makes them look bad. makes not even want to bother with them. Last call i had to be given a percent off and I have not ordered there in months. Was really turned off:(

There are some products I like in elf but i prefer buying some products more at tkb trading. cause they have larger quantity in size, good quality and good friggin price!
