  • Oh, the magical sponge! I love it! Gotta go check out the full recipe. I thought I saw bacon. :D

    For max volume, try sifting the dry over the eggs in 2 additions--flour is introduced w/a lighter touch, and you lose fewer bubbles. Hooray!
