@Freak2229 Greg explained in another video/interview that he had a previous surgery years ago which left him with a linear scar. The initial surgeon did not recommend Propecia, so he lost more hair across the top of the scalp and crown area. In the first NeoGraft FUE hair transplant Greg had last year, which was broadcast 'live,' was done to reinforce the crown area and restore the hairline to a lower position. His next procedure will be done to increase the density up front--stay tuned.
