  • Who else is frustrated as hell how we keep seeing all of these awesome cars that never go on sale!!! Always 2 years away...two years later...only 2 more years. I'll believe it when I see them on dealers' lots.

  • Only 15 more years once we're all killing each other for fuel at $33.50 a gallon. The powers that might be might allow us to maybe own one of these if were good. But the recession from our oil wars will prevent any one from affording it, so they'll say "See, there's no market for it" and cancel the plans.

    Ughhhhh

  • I can't wait till we see dealers selling electric cars for the about the same price as a gas car, if you can even find one, it costs 3 times as much as a gas car......

  • come on subaru !!! sell it here already

  • damn it subaru i WANT THIS!!!

  • @kinbo1966 thank you so much for your comment. WE are sick of these idiots talking about cars you cant buy.

  • too late. even for such false promise. nissan leaf is here.

  • Subura is too late and small to the EV party....

  • ELECTRIC CARS + SOLAR POWER !

  • Well the problem is to make that conversion legal..at least in Portugal..

  • jaspermets: sorry, I applaud your enthusiasm, but for any EV to be charged in 25 seconds, you'd need a charge cable as thick as your leg, or the charge cord would melt!

The only way we would ever get to the point we could charge an EV that fast is when ultra-low resistance conductors are developed, probably with carbon nanotubes or similar nanotechnology. But we're no where close to doing that now-- but so what? Anyone would prefer driving an EV today if it only costs $5- $10 a week 2 charge!
