I believe that is boro park, so why dont he go around and film all the illegal things the residents that live there do and get them to be held by the same standard as others? I commend this guy, every time we see a city worker or government employee doing something wrong we should video tape it and complain about it, especially if it's police!

Seriously do you have anything else better to do with your time instead of filming boring things to try to make a point. I know you are not meant to block fire hydrants, but its happened, big deal, get over it! If you have such a problem with this ring up the DSNY and report it, don't just film it a put it on YT. You can't complain if you do not take any action!
