  • It's funny the kinds of arguments he lumps together as "cynical." There is definitely such a thing as being too busy for politics, and I hardly think a progressive (who feels that little by little, things are improving) would qualify as a depressed cynic.

    Armed revolution is a pretty extreme solution, and to what? Things here are better and less revolution-worthy than most anywhere else.

  • This is a little slice of an interesting movie. It is a political fantasy about radical organizations battling a repressive U.S. government. Shot in really low-budget docu-drama style. Pretty violent and preachy in places. Valuable time capsule of some actual attitudes and what some people were thinking back then.
