It looks like you're shutting your industry all by yourself by ignoring all the safety violations that were reported in your mine repeatedly. You are responsible for one of the deadliest mining incidents in America in 25 years. The unions your workers belonged tried to hold you accountable to provide a SAFE working environment for the. I hope the families of the murdered sue the living daylight out of you, Mr. Blank. You showed no remorse for them and so they shouldn't show any towards you.
