The Bellyqueen dance repertoire includes bellydancing in it's traditional "Raks Sharqi" format, as well as Middle-Eastern dance blended with other styles such as Hip-Hop, Modern, Jazz, Ballet, Gypsy, Flamenco, Chinese, Afro-Haitian and Tribal.

@violetviolets Never too old. I started at 49! Do I do batchelor parties and such? No, but I solo in a local restaurant and dance with a troupe and have a ball. Go for it.

I am 25 and just started bellydance classes. I would like to become good, and maybe participate in local competitions. Is this possible at my age or am I too old? I know most dances require that you start very young to become good....is the same true with bellydance? I love it, it is so much fun and a complete pleasure!
