This is the easiest yoga I've seen by far, you should do longer videos TY for this though it was awesome!!

Wow thank you so much for this video ! this is my first time trying Yoga (outside of gym class) and i loved it ! I play really high level soccer and hope to play it in university, and this is really going to help me with my balance and flexibility ! i am definitely going to keep using your videos! have a good day!

Hi Vicki! No matter where I go I always come back to this routine. It provides the greatest benefit in the least amount of time and I can remember it when I am on vaca. You're the greatest!

hi, should i do this everyday and when should i change to another class, i am thinking in using your method because i am not very flexible and the way you teach can make me start liking yoga. or should i follow a diferent class for each day. thank you.

@animejoao It is better for your body to change the routine or exercise from day to day. Try another video of mine like - "Beginning Yoga for Stretch and Strength - Class 2" and "Beginning Yga for Stretch and Strength - Class 3". Thanks for practicing with me! Namaste~ Vicki
