Commission on Human Rights Chairperson Atty. Leila De Lima personally received the complaint filed by the lawyers and relatives of the 43 illegally detained health workers against the 2nd Infantry Division of the Philippine Army.

  • I just hope that what you're doing will not give more courage to criminals to do more crimes. And you -to forget the rights of the victims and their families. Of course there are due processes. Or, maybe, you still haven't been a victim of these people. The fight for human rights, for me, is more appropriate to people like the political prisoners who haven't done nothing wrong to the society but for what they believe in, and they are being tortured.
