  • When you change how you are paying attention and how you think, then the answer is YES. In private practice I see literally hundreds of people for this issue each year

  • There can be literally thousands of different reasons why people think in a particular way! WhenI work with clients I make sure in as many ways that I know that the client has fundamentally changed how "they used to think to create the old problem" (in accordance with what they want as an outcome) to they literally can't think about what used to bother them in the same way and can't recreate the old pattern.

  • As previously mentioned

Its not psychotherapy and is a simple demonstration to show how a person can feel differently by changing how they pay attention. This works especially well as one of the tools for generating more confidence in situations where a person would previously been anxious such as public speaking. Lets remember this is a demo of one tool in the NLP skill set NOT a cure all for ALL life's fears!

  • This is a simple NLP demo on changing a person's state by changing how they pay attention
