  • @AlbertaBeefy thats exactly what i do. i get so full on vegetables, poultry, meat and different beans that i strongly dislike carbs now. carbs benefit me in no way whatsoever.. i just feel sluggish, bloated and tired after eating it. rice/pasta/potatoes/bread =carb overload

  • @rushersftw well it's not. Your body runs on carbs that's just how it works. I am sure you have lots of carbs and don't even realize it. What you think is low carb is probably normal carb diet. When you eat too many carbs you get that sleep feeling, but when you eat a good amount for you is how you run perfect. No carb diet is literally no carbs at all, not even 1g. Your body goes into shock and you just want to kill everyone because you feel so awful. You will get shredded like a bodybuilder

  • Plus, I don't have that sugar / carbs craving anymore. I control my appetite better.

    And I no longer experience that slump feeling after digesting high-carb food, like the one you have for lunch that makes you go "omg I think I'm gonna sleep now" feeling.

    Low-carb ketogenic diet is awesome and one of the healthiest diets

  • This is BS. I've been living low-carb ketogenic diet since August '11 and I feel so much better than doing the regular high-carb diet. Carbs make you older, promote cancer and causes cardiac arrest (heart attack). Not to mention sugary carbs promote diabetes.

    I'm not going back to regular carb diet. My mind is actually sharper and can keep my emotion in check with low-carb diet. Keton is so much better power source than glucose

  • "It's important to be a good role-model" lol. "Low sodium", "wholegrain"...they're all government diets that don't work, even the smart MDs are saying this now.

  • Atkins can be an extremely healthy diet if done right. People forget that vegetarians can do the diet. One of Atkins main focus is soy products. The title of this video is wrong it's low carb not no carb. I eat 30 g of carbs per day and still loose weight.

  • @Bigpussycat5 looool.. that's so true.. i'm eating porridge daily and a small portion of carbs towards the afternoon to maintain energy.. hopefully that will help my focus..

  • @LuckynumberSlevin11 race and species... two different things in my opinion. But i have no problem with those who choose not to eat meat. That's their lifestyle, opinion and belief. :)

  • @ChocoMMs After I eat my 10 potatoes for dinner, I feel wonderful. This is due to the release of Serotonin into my bloodstream. This relaxes me, mellows me and gives me a good burst of energy. By your assertion, I should be a raging,angry lunatic from this rapid sharp spike in my insulin levels. But funny thing is, my ripped midsection and 7% percent body fat seems to fly in the face of your carbphobic theories. Why isn't insulin laying all that starch down as fat on my body?!

    Fuck you.
