Personality: From many people's point of view, Penelope is a kind and caring girl who doesn't have a bad bone in her body. However, while she is naturally polite (a trait that sometimes comes back and bites her in the butt), she is a very judging person. While she's smiles at first meetings and every meeting to come, it does not necessarily mean she likes a person.

Pen can be witty; however, she won't act like this until she feels more comfortable around a person or is showing off in a way. She likes to make herself seem interesting, which may result in a tall tale every now and then.

Sometimes, if she finds she really doesn't like a person, she'll appear cold and distant, hardly replying to so-and-so's statements or replying in an "I-don't-particularly-care" sort of tone. It takes a lot for Penelope to not like someone, so she's not like this all too often, but it's perfectly normal.

Pen falls in and out of love very easily. One day she could think she loves this guy, but the next she loves that guy. She believes in love at first sight, so it hardly takes getting to know a young man, though it would help if she sat and talked with him. Penny blushes easily, which can be shown on her pale face and on her ears.

History:
1990 -- Willow (older sister) is born.
1995 -- Penelope and her twin brother Michael are born, October 6th.
1997-- Isabelle (younger sister) is born. Fourth child in the Baudelaire family.
2006 -- Arabella (mother) dies of pneumonia. Winslow (father) moves children to England. Penelope and Michael get their letters to Hogwarts, first family wizards.
Present - Pen and Mike are in their sixth year of Hogwarts. Penelope started to date Todd Cross, but now because of a recent accident has amnesia and remembers nothing about her past - be that Todd, her brother, or the rest of her family. She does, however, keep having dreams of a blonde woman (her mother, Arabella).

In this video I used Lucy and Edmund to represent young Penny and Mike. I blurred their faces the best I could (because, as you know, Lucy is used as Jane by SailorChessie). Also, Graham and Emma were used as Arabella and Winslow - though I did the same thing. They're still up for grabs, I simply used them because it was the footage I had available.
