GOD DAMN and i actually thought my house was dirty. in comparison to this my house looks like a perectionist. my house just has a lot of boxes stacked up and it takes a lot of room, but this house has 100 times more stuff than mine and mine at least is much better organised.

How nice of you to help the owner out of foreclosure and to make a profit off their short comings. You have a special house that you will be living in for eternity. It has a very warm climate, outstanding neighbors and the view is hot as hell.

@67bandit67 Why would I go to hell for buying a house that is in foreclosure? This house was a complete dump and the owner was not able to sell it (NO ONE WANTED TO BUY IT IN THE CURRENT CONDITION). I gave this guy a good amount of money. I think he walked away with something like $15,000 This allowed him to move, and pay for living expenses for some time. Had I not bought this house the bank would have taken it and the owner would have gotten $0. He would have been kicked to the curb.

Looks like he was a hoarder. Probably why it didn't have that *filth* essence and seemed to be just piles of stuff. You so lucked out. Other buyers were scared away and beneath all the paper and boxes is a really nice house.
I could be desensitized after watching Nightmare Rental.
