Fluoride is used in anti-depressants. It is also put in our water supply, to supposedly combat tooth decay.
Has this created a society of happy, depression-free, cavity-free people?
The toothpaste tube makes it clear that the active ingredient in the toothpaste is a poison. So much a poison (in the same league as arsenic, since it is also used as a pesticide, see below) that children under six should not be exposed to it at all. Strangely, the ADA (American Dental Association) has FINALLY set the recommended amount used on the toothbrush to be only a mere pea size worth, that children under two should avoid it entirely (what about those 2 to 6?) and that it should not be smeared across the entire length of the brush. I wonder why it took them so long to figure this out.
Perhaps too much fluoride consumption?
The toothpaste companies arent very happy about it, because the more product that is smeared across the length of that brush, the more product they, of course, get to sell.
Fluoride does have the ability to fight tooth decay via the destruction of bacteria. It also destroys a lot more than just bacteria. It can and does make for an excellent pesticide. And its effectiveness against cavities is now proven to apply ONLY to actual, topical application, directly ON the teeth; that ingestion of fluoride does NOT help teeth resist the possibility of cavities.
If cavities are still a concern for much of any application of the use of fluoride on the human system, I have a suggested alternative: The vast reduction of sugars to counter the problem instead. And this will of course have far greater reaching positive results than those limited to dental caries.
Search fluorosis to learn more about fluoride toxicity in children, and ask yourself why you would ever use such a toxic substance in your mouth so often, when it is absorbed from your mouth directly into your blood stream, and can have such potentially severe consequences.
Would you put a pesticide in your mouth for much of any reason?
Would you drink small amounts of a pesticide, or any toxin for that matter, every day, for much of any reason?
Especially if that fluoride has been shown to accumulate in plants and other biological systems? AND cause learning disabilities in children in studies out of China and the US?
Who obtained the lawful authority, or better yet, our PERMISSION, to put fluoride in water? Have we somehow agreed via some form of hidden consent to allow the water authority to both poison our water supply, and medicate us in the process? If so how? And since this is used as an ingredient in anti-depressants, how does the local public water company have the ability to prescribe, without our consent, a medication for us to consume daily?
Im simply asking for disclosure on this subject. Especially since we all, kinda, need water to survive.
On the spring water issue: It is a never-ending challenge to find clean water. My best option at this point is bottled spring water. And no, I am NOT a fan of the plastic containers. I always have a portable drinking container with me, and, it is made from a thick (hard to break) glass which is FAR preferable to plastic. Clean healthy water and clean healthy containers are never-ending problem in the health community at this point. (Sigh).

what about distilled water? and i completely second what you said at 5:02 to 5:09.. i think the word is DENIAL?

@turtlen Unfortunately distilled water leaches minerals from the body. In my opinion it's ok to use briefly for cleansing, as long as a good full-spectrum salt is being consumed to compensate for mineral and trace mineral loss. Great question, it's an important one to address.

People get even MORE fluoride from showers and baths (absorbing through the skin) than drinking water. It is so WRONG that to be safe a person has to spend a ton of money for a special, whole house water purifier! Fluoride also increases aluminum stored in the body, it's a waste from aluminum processing.

@Wenona1975 Thanks, I was going to reference it in my next video; to help people understand, the heat from showers opens up the pores that make entry that much easier via our largest organ. Yes, the $ factors involved in simply avoiding poisons and countering their effects is clear evidence of a very backwards system in place, and we *must* ask "why," and more importantly, actively *DO* something to change it. One day, in our lifetimes, we will see pronounced changes in all of these areas.

i use baking soda for toothpaste. works pretty well.

@tolleck Make sure it is aluminum-free. I use Bob's Red Mill. I use my magnesium oil on alternate days; remineralizes teeth excellently and makes them hard as rocks (and shiny). ;)
