I study law at Teesside University. What you fools fail to recognise is that Universities should not be about accommodation, or the nightlife or "weather". Consider how the University does on an academic scale. Recently Teesside has been given outstanding reviews.
alot of people come coz it is cheap compared to the south however they take one look at the "boro" and try there best not to step off campus, however after three weeks they realise that is tiny and ugly, the student accomodation is cheap and crap, most people move out after the one year due it and the staff, the academic staff are helpful which is all i could say bout the uni, i dont like being so negative but this is what i saw and experienced.
I studied at teesside for 2 years of my degree, the uni does what it says on the tin, low cost, bad weather, middlesboro isnt inspiring in the least, basically a place to go if you have zero money and live locally, otherwise i would advise against going, sorry but its the truth.

I'm a student of the University of Teesside, studying Law. It's a great university with exceptional staff.
What I don't understand is why they used a cliche American voice-over for a UK based university. 0_o
