I just purchased the ProJive XLR cable from http://www.cablejive.com/products/Pro... - it's pretty cool! It's an XLR to headphone jack adapter made for the iPhone/iPad/etc type products, and it works great.

Well - except for the cell phone interference I heard on the recording - that might limit use a bit. Otherwise, the microphone came through loud and clear. I'll do a blog post on this next week to give some possible uses for it.

    Pretty sure that's wrong - I have the iphone 5, which uses 3g and 4g networks. I think any cellphone that gets close to a speaker/mic has a chance to do that. Just one of those oddities of our modern world!
