  • did you think reggie bush and all those needed this stuff this is for endurance not skill

  • Do you honestly believe that pro and amateur athletes actually just rely on talent and do not train?!?!

Pick your head up from your video games and join us in the real world!

  • If you knew anything about sports training you would know that kids this age should be building athleticism through fun games and playing sports. All your doing is boring these kids and they will eventually hate playing their sport because they will relate it to this unnecessary training.

To many undereducated coaches and parents see what the higher level athletes are doing and then feel they need to copy that. That is completely false. Educate yourself before you train young kids.

  • First let me start of by saying - you don't know me. If you did, you would know that I graduated with a degree in Biomedical Engineering from RPI and worked as a Project Manager in implantable medical devices. I have a certification for Corrective Exercise Techniques, Performance Training, and Youth through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

So before you start inferring what our program is all about or about me personally you may want to educate YOURSELF first before you post.

  • Did you ever think ChrisSmith that these kids are actually enjoying the training? Maybe these kids have realized that to succeed, you need to train once in a while. Dumbass!

  • @MrSluggerman That just might be the most ignorant comment ever.

  • thats one of the best vids i've seen... Keep handling youre business

  • dam i wish i was involved in stuff like this when i was younger maybe wouldnt be a lazy ass till this day sitting on my ass playing xbox all day...by the way i think this is an awesome program

  • @ChrisSmith8617 My U10 Girls soccer team would have to disagree with you, while we do organized games to enforce technique. We start each session with boring plyometric drills to ensure agility and speed. If you do not teach kids how to use those muscles at practice they won't use them in a game. It also depends on how serious your teams takes the game.

  • great vid i might need to borrow some of these methods to train my young stars!!

  • nice i love it .. the sooner the better. i am a trainer and ex all state, scholar athlete and i believe these are the fundamentals kids need if they plsn to get to the next level...

  • I started this type of training with my 4 and 5 yr old. They look forward to it during the week. I've made it a huge game. I guess I could sit them in front of a T.V. all day, or develop coordination and a healthy life style.
