  • great way to damage the knees dancing like that, sorry that movement is everything I teach my Latin Dance class not to do

  • she should reconsider her profession, she's making herself look like a fool. this type of "dance" exercise is just an excuse not to do normal exercises. just suck it up and do a real workout.
