This is a music video created for a Women's Studies project concerning the issues involved with the Glass Ceiling in the USA (Sung to the tune of "Party in the USA" by Miley Cyrus. Our video expresses the different issues and struggles that women face in the corporate world, and gives statistics and facts based on the topic. We hope that this video opens your eyes to show that the issue still does exist in the corporate world, and we hope that you enjoy our catchy music video!   • I love how these girls who graduate with Womens Study Degrees expect there to be a world of 75K+ jobs waiting for them. The fact that Womens Studies is even an option at university should be a crime as there is no demand for this in the corporate world. Consider this a warning to anyone who is thinking about taking a Womens Studies as a Major - you are doomed to a life of working for non-profits - which were started only to try to catch all the naive people who got womens studies degrees.

  • seinfan9, o0posh0o, you're showing your ignorance. Attitudes like yours are the reason there is still a systemic, widespread problem. But, shockingly, you did get something right -- most men don't complain about their huge amounts of privilege.

  • And while the pay gap issue really isn't widespread, the reason women may be paid less is because they cause problems in the workplace (like complain about sexual harassment when none has actually been taken) and are given maternity leave when they become pregnant. Men are charged a hell of a lot more for life and car insurance and for a longer time. Again, we don't complain.

  • 99% of the deaths on the battlefield during war are men. We're not complaining. The reason why women aren't on par with men at the CEO position is because most just don't have the ability and drive. Why aren't women leading in electronics, semiconductors, waste management? BECAUSE THEY DON'T WANT TO DO THOSE THINGS! Engineering, physics, and math majors are full of men. Simple things like childhood education are full of women. Stop complaining and start doing. Maybe you'll get somewhere.

  • Stop complaining and work hard....... there is no glass ceiling. If you've got what it takes then you can demand your fee or walk to another employer.

  • Wow I'm so glad to be a woman after watching this video! I am a huge feminist, and this video tickles my fancy because I am fighting to be recognized as a top dog in the workforce.
