There both really different games, its hard to compare them. But for the price the lost and damned is definitely worth it.

You play as a new character, new missions, new guns, new cars/ bikes and yes it can only be downloaded on xbox live. And as for whats better, the missions are more action based then GTA4.

Great game. I don't have an Xbox 360 I have PS3 but I played this at my cousins house which made me think "If only PS3 was similar to 360"
