http://www.CloseQuartersCombat.com - Hockey fights are close quarters combat scenarios. This technique from the ice works great as a street fight technique also for close combat.

  • Chuck Norris can use this technique on someone shirtless

  • @JamesDBlanc I can too. I just grab their back hair and yank it over their head. Of course this won't work on some muscle guy with a man-scaped back, so I then grab the waistband of his tighty-whities and give him an atomic wedgie before kneeing him to the side of the head.

Works every time. Let's see Chuckie do THAT! LOL

  • Which stupid would stand with pulled shirt on his face... it takes a sec to release it... Do not rely on this advise... A street fighter never gives a chance to reach his back to grab the shirt on his back...

  • @div545 - Really? You think you could quickly get untangled from a shirt pulled over your head and wrapped under your chin? By the time you realized it was too much trouble, you'll have been hit several times by someone using this hockey fight trick.

And I'm not sure why you say a street fighter would never give a chance to grab his shirt. That's a very odd (and untrue) thing to say div545. If you can't fight, then at least watch some real street fights before commenting, ok?

  • This is actually a good tip, thanks for the info. Haters, go fuck your self!

  • thing is though, on the street, ALMOST never will you end up in a clinche like that, guys mostly just swing recklessly or grab eachother in headlocks....any vids to help that?

  • @div545 Buddy, I fight in Junior A hockey against some of the top fighters in the country, we train from the time we're in youth hockey to high school hockey so we can be prepared for Juniors but we still get our jerseys pulled off, the only way to counter this is with a fight strap but they are not required at the junior level so fuck that, learn how to fuck somebody up before you comment to guys who are knowledgeable AND guys like me who fight for fun

  • @div545 in the clinch it wouldnt matter, you pull the shirt over there head and force them to lean forward, what your sayin is irellavent if you already have them in the clinch

  • does it has differences from russian syystema or krav maga and othere types of self defence??

  • what do you think is better close quarters or krav maga

  • @Shift9001 this is exactly my point. People lean forward in wrestling matches cuz it's optimal position to make wrestling manuvers. But it is good only for sports. If you lean forward, it means you giving chance to attack you in the head from short distance with elbow, knee strike, open palm strike into face etc. Real street fighter never leans forward giving opportunity to attack it so easy from short distance. Shown trick with T-shirt won' t work against real street fighter.

  • @div545 people that haven't had training in a martial arts style don't know how to fight, they'll just go with whatever happens, so if you get them into a clinch, you get them to lean forward

  • Personally,I'd give him a knee to the nose while breaking the clinch, with some luck it'll probably start bleeding, soaking his shirt with blood, adding to his sudden feeling of fear and stress because he assumed he could take you on.
