They dance like Albanians because they are albanians silly lol Well they are what is called in greece "Arvanit" which is the greek word for Albanian (arberesh). However even though by now only some still speak arbresh which is similar to albanian they do not consider themselves as albanians but rather as greeks of arvanit decent.
Maybe u didnt even care to know all that stuff lol i just thought that your intuition was pretty good and deserved an explanation.
