Tony, I loved this video so much. The company I work for is really into the LEAN initiative and we will be moving to a new facility soon with the open office concept. I can't to introduce some the ideas from this video. I would be tempted to come and work for you guys if you were in Georgia. What you're doing is great can't wait to see what the future brings. One thing that wasn't clear in the video was what the long list of graphs on the wall were for and how the advise stand works.

Zappos and Tony are my new inspiration and mentors. i have already taken a few tips from what Tony has done and said and planing to use it in my first business. i have just finished reading the book "The ABC's of building a business team that wins", by Blair Singer (rich dads advisors) and it was about developing a code of values by with the company operates. Its pretty much how Tony has used his culture to create what he has.
I hope i get to meet Tony some day soon to tell him good on him!
