@SoulsOfEvil i'm austrian, and on our federal tv channel, it is possible to switch german and english audio streaming. i think, nobody is forced to know english perfect and besides: I think the german dubing of most of the tv programmes is really great. The original is always better, but the germans do a really good job. Better than italian dubings for eg. Prost!

why do german dub all tv shows and movies? we dutch people never do only for childeren

ask me something easier...i think the reason is, because there are more people who speak german (german, swiss, austrian), than dutch...

its not about how much people speak german or an other language its just dumb it doesnt sound right if you watching it in german its like we would dub wolverine here in belgium it would sound awfull we watch all movies and series in their original language why dont they use subtitles its cheaper how much german/french people can handle themselfs in english? not much i can know that and i do know that i'm not a pro myself in english but i can help myself in i learned it all true the tv not school

you don't have to be bothered by the fact, that in switzerland or germany the series or films are in our language (german). among other things, subtitles are annoying, but that's only my opinion.
