  • @KingVee44 villeneuve prefer oversteer, have i read in one of his books, becaus he knows how and where to put the wheels in the corner, and then predict when the rear gets loos and slappy to catch it to go flat again...

  • @GTRF1V8 Actually, Villeneuve was a really aggressive driver, he battled oversteer as part of his style in every single F1 he drove.

  • @Malinth66

Also, Williams wanted to keep him for 99 and 2000 (when the BMW engine would be available) ,but his annoying manager Craig Pollock kept insisting on meddling with his career so he went for the "money" and signed for BAR. During this time he got an insane pay check, that money could have been used to develop the car better. Also Craig Pollock should have been sacked from the team management long ago.

From 2002 Villeneuve appeared as if he didn't even care and drove for the money.

  • @BleedThemBones Yea... Very dramatic guys, makes the whole race full of adrenaline. :)

  • @GTAstuntz i like Japanese commentators because they make anything sound exciting

  • they need to come back to this race track.

  • Should of kept this track. Much better than some of these newer circuits such as abu dahbi or bahrain. All about money with these new tracks.

  • I don't doubt the ability of JV. He was a superb driver.

The only problem was, he needed a good car. Williams gave that in 96(his debut, finished second) and 97 (his winning year). In 98, the Williams was crap though. When he moved to BAR, he thought he could do what Schumi did to Ferrari. Turn an absolutely lacklustre team into something great. But JV just doesn't have the ability to develop the car, so, his career went in reverse.

  • @TheStrategist01 The only speechers/commentators that i found would be nicer to listen to would be Martin Brundle and Murray Walker. Other than them, yes, all of the others suck big time.

  • he dont have a traction control in this video but nice time
