Calfee's staff test ride a bamboo cargo bike made in Ghana. The wheel is reinforced with bamboo to prevent the common failure of bicycle wheels when over loaded. It handles 640 pounds easily.

Fascinating that it's so stable... But I'm almost more amazed by the driver's skills (3 guys on one bicylce) ;)
