Higaonna Sensei character is beyond amazing. this man has traveled to many countries to teach and would charge a paltry sum that barely covered the plane ticket cost. The classes were supposed to last 5 hrs/day, but instead would easily extend for more than 9hrs/day. IOGKF does not have any overpriced merchandise. It does not charge an absurdity to its members for Gassukus. Many members are able to attend these events for free if they are unemployed or struggling.

Hmm, no one outside of Japan punches like that. Why don't these guys teach how to defend against boxing type punches, which is what most ppl who punch seem to use? (whether they actually practice boxing or not)

look at his hands..sure dont look like a model's hands, but he can hit a solid rock with any part of his fist.. u think its worth it?

Have you actually worked with Higaonna shinshi and felt him doing his gyakute (locking) to you own body? Or are you merely pontificating from your armchair without any direct knowledge? Just curious whether you are basing the opinion you expressed on anything like actual firsthand experience.
