indeed. Plenty to oppose.
But don't paint him as a "communist" because hes proving to be the opposite: a corporatist centrist at heart. Hes is not radical really

first, lets start by stopping spending our tax dollars on illegal occupations of Mid-East countries
Bush was cutting taxes for the richest, while the middle class get screwed with higher HC insurance premiums, higher cost of living, inflation etc. Plus Bush passed TARP / bailouts.
We both can agree that the status quo of massive lobbyist power has got to stop. Most of the Dem and GOP alike are bought

f-f1: agree, yet it is bigger then just pandering to various interests by whichever term they are called from season to season. It is just plain theft of the national treasury and excessive taxation to keep the treasury full for the political puppets to hand out to those that keep them in office. What looks needed everywhere is for a "Spartagus" type of "tax-slave" revolt. Nothing will change until people everywhere tell their governments to keep their hands out of the people's pockets. tj

I was knit-picking a little, but I don't think socialist or communist ideas comes into play here. Given how much the Tea Party crowd throws the word "communist" around, it's only fair to challenge its usage.
Yeah, we both have good reason to oppose what Obama's done so far, but let's just call it what it is: the pandering to corporate/financial interests that has been the rule in Washington for decades. There's no ideological motive, there, and no communal interest involved.

T-er: yes, that's the one, and there are alot more comming after him. Enough "little guys" will knock your sox off. That was just round one. Watch for it round two is right around the corner. Little guys can get big help now and again. They may not win every time, but they just don't quit. tj

f-f1: English is a living language. i think, therefore i create, and socio-communist creates a word picture that sort of fits this situation. The communist aspect of the reality is that Mr Obama is buying his way into the NWO royalty with tax payor dollars by bailing out select entities. The big get bigger and we pay for it. As what you say, there really isn't a completely inclusive term for what is going on with Obama except "theft" of our collective future. tj
-
I'm pretty sure socio-communist isn't a word.
Assuming it was, how do the economic bills currently passed by Obama, such as the bailout that gave trillions of dollars to private entities with little strings attached and no change in ownership, relate to a collectivist agenda?
I think the more proper description here would be "corporate socialism", although even that isn't completely inclusive.

hahahaha Glenn Beck and Sarah Palin FAIL. They spent all that money and they lost NY-23.

"The little guy" bwahaha, you mean the "little guy" that had the backing of Fox News, Rush Limbaugh, Sarah Palin and all the big guns of the Republican party? Is that the "little guy" you're talking about?
strategically, the dems will gain if the far right is emboldened
