had to wait an hour to speak to someone, then another half hour becos I suddenly got set back 600 places in the que. WTF?

I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience but the tool through which we could pull up your Account/Order details (as per situation) is presently not functioning.

i waited 4h in the ORIGIN chat (not EA chat which kicked me 3 times) and they were able to help out by unlocking the beta for my account

sucks for you, i too haven't got my key "legit" way
next time check for reddit :P
earlier today they found a loophole to generate a key for any Origin account, i got mine that way, maybe they will find some other way
