  • I personally found this beer to be a little overhyped I mean I didnt mind it but it was nothing spectacular...I always hear amazing things from this brewery which might make me hope for something more when I try the stuff, I want their black chocolate stout though.

  • @albnorhyno I agree 100% with that maybe a slight more taste than normal main stream brands..

  • hobo31009 I think i got that one in a shop called Peckhams in Glasgow...Its a arty farty type shop..You probably have to buy it online if you wanted to try it..

  • @GingRealAleTrail Cheers..

  • Lager and Craft Lager are different mate. Have a bottle of the Harviestouns Schiehallion and Allendales Adder. Totally different to the macro shit. I think this is one of the best lagers out there along with the Harviestoun. Fruity, refreshing and smooth. If this never had lager on the label people would get over the fact that it doesn't taste like one. You have to remember that beers like Märzens, Bocks and Dark Lagers are worlds away from Stella and Fosters.

  • 6 out of 10, can't be good then! Nelson Mandela, hahahah. I quite like the colour, looks like a orangey brown. I had a beer the other day, couldn't smell a thing. Lol, your face looks so unimpressed! I find the craft lagers taste so different from any lager I used to drink. Great review King, cheers :)

  • @StravaleBeer I would try it again only if i seen it on draught..

  • @ronaldtheriot I havent tried Boston Lager...To be honest i drank a lot of different lagers from all over the Globe for about 100 years..But and over last 2 years have switched to craft beers and really got hooked on them so i dont think i will be returning anytime really soon to session on lagers for years to come..

  • where you get it mate?

  • I like Boston Lager, but then again, I like many lagers.
