I wish our judges were more like yours Irene. Here in the midwest the corruption is at an all time high. I witnessed one after another walk up and plead guilty and just pay the fine. Only one other man and myself confronted the court about this. I applaud the others out their helping in restoring Constitutional Authority. I will be getting a video ready for this. I have the footage from the traffic stop and will be posting the court papers and what happened. I will post updates on 2-17-12.

Furthermore it will show that the judge was practicing law from the bench and allowing an obvious conflict of interest as he represents the CITY and is trying to represent me as well. The court has not disputed any of my claims to common law and they will have 3 days to prove that they can do this along with a 71 point jurisdictional challenge. I have laid out all the terms of the new paper in black and white stating that if they don't lawfully dispute it then the record shall show this.

I stated, "I do not consent and I waive the benefit." To which the judge replied, "I will enter a not guilty plea." I repeated, "I do not consent and I waive the benefit." He entered the plea and said, "the clerk will schedule your trial date." Upon recieving the schedule it stated, "you have just plead not guilty. I will now be writing the court a letter denying the plea and showing for the record that the judge is attempting to represent me.

I used this method today. Judge called my PERONS NAME. I reserved my rights and notified the court that I was there to assist the court in the matter. The judge yelled, "No you can't represent another person." I repeated, "I am SiR- Tim from the family of _________." The judge said, "I need to see your drivers license." I notified the judge, "this is my persons drivers license it contains heresay evidence only." Then the judge asked, "how do you plea?"
