  • You know what its like rowing a snout boat? It's like rowing a snout bout. They may be big, but at least they're not maneuverable!

  • The year the delta got to live again before it was turned into desert once more.

  • I put on a private trip that lauched the day before they closed the canyon that summer. It was with John Parsons and Randy Fabares from Flagstaff, I was one of 4 kayakers on the trip. We had a paddle raft and a motor rig. Big fun trip. There was some video footage that some people had but I have lost mine, you might try to contact those guys or possible Steve Daniel, a kayaker from Texas to see if they still have the footage, he is college professor at Texas A and M I believe.
