I absolutely love your workouts, Nichole! You explain everything simply, and anyone can do them. I'm glad I made it this far!
@TheHuongryHippo: You can use juice cartons, filled water bottle, etc. I used a two liter water bottle, and I would work out one arm, and then go back and reply the workout so that I can do the other arm. XD

if you dont have dumbells but a waterbottle fiull of water isnt enough for you i suggest finding some old pennies and nickels and fillings as much of a water bottle with them and with water as u can

instead of dumbbells, I used shopping bags full of all the cute stuff I buy, and being a heavy shopper and a super girly girl who loves accessories, that's a LOT of weight :) it totally worked for me!! thanks Nicole!!

i love this boot camp in particular because it includes every part of the body. i really need to tone up my arms and thighs, as well as slim my hips and this works very well :)
i also am dieting .
anyways. thanks for posting !
i try to do all seven twice a day but when school starts it may be a bit harder.

I am loving this workout I really hope it helps. I'm tryn the 7wkot mornin and nights, so lets see how it works out 4 me.......
if I do days 1-7 at once and then give my body one day of rest in between, is that alright? o.O I see no reason why it shouldn't be but...I'm obviously no expert.

hello is there any alternative to dumb bells?? Can I work without dumb bells???
thanks for all your videos! How much calories can you burn if you do these cardio exercises?

Alternatives to dumbbells (within reason and being careful) would be water bottles, canned goods, other household objects.
