Syflex ® - flexible shuttering system - B.T. innovation GmbH

In-situ concrete structures are still consuetudinary manufactured with simple shuttering boards. The reason why is because rational use of expensive shuttering systems is almost solely possible for recurring shapes. Furthermore, shuttering boards are very heavy and cannot be moved without machines.

Syflex® is a shuttering system that particularly features easy handling and flexible use. It is ideally suitable for shuttering curves and roundings, as well as for straight lines and angles. Due to modular design, Syflex® is the optimal solution for sole plates, edge- and strip foundation shuttering.
The system components are manufactured of a specially blended PE. That results in a much smaller weight in comparison with comparable timber shuttering. That is why Syflex® can also be transported without any lifting equipment.

The system consists of multi-chamber screeds of different heights that can easily be connected with each other for various shuttering heights.

Thanks to an intelligent plug system, individual screeds can be connected to each other easily and safely. They also can quickly be fastened to driven-in earth nails, boards or shuttering pedestals.

Through reusability of Syflex® screeds, an enormous cost saving is achieved compared with usual timber formwork. Especially if the system is used for shuttering of curves and roundings, it will already pay for itself after the first use.

That is possible due to the fact that high flexibility also reduces shuttering costs to the minimum for complicated shapes, as well.

Choosing a recyclable plastic helps not only to enormously reduce the weight, but to ensure reusability and environmental friendly removal, as well.
